The National Concrete Masonry Association eNews reported today that the addition of a high quality manufactured stone veneer to an existing home was proven once again to be one the best possible investments that a homeowner can make to improving the value of their home. Remodeling magazine’s 2017 Cost vs. Value Survey reported that manufactured stone veneer provides an 89.4% return on investment. The 29 projects in the 2017 report paid back an average of 64.3 cents on the dollar in resale value by comparison.
