“Mason’s Mark Stone Veneer does not just encourage community involvement and civil service within our corporation, we all place ourselves on the front lines of it, literally!” says Shawn S. Miller, VP of Operations. Christopher Miller, our VP of Sales & Marketing, is actually still on Active Duty in the United States Army and serving at McGuire, AFB in New Jersey. He has combat deployed in support of Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom. It is something that Mason’s Mark is very proud of.”
But Sergeant First Class Miller is not the only hero to be found among the officers of Mason’s Mark Stone Veneer Corporation. The President and CEO, Robert Cammarata can be found fighting fires and pulling kittens out of trees when he is not running his multi-million dollar corporation. “He is actually the Fire Chief of the New Stanton Volunteer Fire Department and takes his position as Fire Chief very seriously.” said Christopher Miller, VP of Sales & Marketing, “Our VP of Operations, Shawn S. Miller is a Veteran of the United States Naval Submarine Force, has served in the PA Army National Guard and has spent the last 20 years serving Fayette County as a full-time Paramedic. As far as I am concerned those two guys are my hero’s.”
Erin Giles, an Aiken, S.C.-based business philanthropy consultant says “I’ve found that customers really want to know how you’re making the world a better place.” It seems that mothers and millennials are particularly interested in a business’ corporate social responsibility platform according to Ms. Giles. Price-Waterhouse-Cooper discovered that 88% of Millennials sought out companies with a pronounced Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
Giving back to the community is very important to the management of Mason’s Mark Stone Veneer and our owners exemplify it everyday by serving in ways that not many others are willing. Studies show that volunteer service boosts morale and builds a collaborative and inspired team. When your employees love what they’re doing, have the opportunity to serve something bigger than themselves they do a better job, says Ms. Giles and that is good for the business, its employees and its customers.
Mason’s Mark Stone Veneer, a division of Stabilized Earth Solutions, is a full service manufacturer and installer of high quality stone veneer products. “We focus 110% on providing the best possible stone veneer product in the industry at the best possible price.” said Robert Cammarata, President and CEO of SES Corp. “For us it’s all about our customers and giving them what they want, a stone veneer company that they can trust to give them our best products and installation services every single time. We wont comprise on that!”
